Regarding the issue with additional lottery tickets not being available for purchase at lottery ticket offices

We have identified an issue where some users who own a large number of lottery tickets have been unable to make additional purchases at the lottery ticket booth.
This issue has been resolved after the maintenance on January 10, 2024.
Users who were affected by this issue have been compensated with 1 Elixir Grande.
