Notice regarding the refund process


Thank you for always supporting JobTribes.

From after the maintenance on April 10 (Wed) to April 20 (Tue), some users were not able to purchase Premium Recruitment Tickets correctly even though their DEP payment was processed.
We have identified the affected users and completed the refund procedure on June 6 (Tue).

We sincerely apologize for the unexpected delay in processing the refund.
