Regarding the issue with purchasing item packs

As a result of a system issue, some of our customers did not receive their item packs after they had already spent their DEAPcoin. However, we have now resolved this issue and are working to identify which users were affected.
If you were not credited with the item packs you purchased, you can expect to receive them at a later date. Similarly, if you purchased the same item pack multiple times, you will receive a refund for the extra DEAPcoin you spent.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this matter.
