Compensation for the problem with the purchase of Premium Recruitment

We have confirmed that an issue during the purchase of Premium Recruitment tickets where some users have not been granted the purchased tickets correctly. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to the users affected by this issue.
We will take the following actions to address this issue;
-Refund any DEP consumed or legal tender paid by credit or debit card.
-Send an elixir to your present box as compensation.
*Refunds and distribution of elixirs may take longer than planned due to operational changes and will be not be sent at the end of Wednesday’s weekly maintenance.
Additionally, please note that this operation may take longer for credit card payments than for DEP payments.

We would appreciate it if you could try the following method to work around this problem.
・Please make sure that the browser you open the authentication e-mail when you log in to PlayMining is the same browser as the one used for JobTribes.
・Please wait for a while without clicking “Cancel” when you return to JobTribes after the payment.
・Please use a recommended browser.
・Please check your network environment.
・Please check your present box again.
