We are still experiencing an issue with the Premium Recruitment where DEP is being consumed but the corresponding reward is not being granted.
For affected users, we will refund the consumed DEP at the following timing and send Elixir as a compensation to your Present Box:

Additionally, there is a possibility of avoiding this issue by following the methods below:

-Using the same browser as JobTribes when accessing the authentication email upon logging in to PlayMining.
-Waiting a while without cancelling after returning to JobTribes after payment
-Using the recommended browser
-Reviewing your network environment.
