About the error related to obtaining rewards in the NFT Acquisition Quest

We will send the acquired NFTs to the affected customers to their accounts.
In addition, in the case of the same error in “1,000 DEP x 10 Quest”, as we are unable to confirm the amulets acquired, we will refund the DEAPcoin the users have consumed for the challenge.

Applicable users
Users who have received an error message, “We were unable to add NFT to your wallet.” and could not receive the NFT, although they have completed the NFT Acquisition Quest and the DEAPcoin payment.
*Please note that this action is for the customers who have already completed the DEAPcoin payment. In the cases of the same error message appearing due to the disconnection of communication or network error during the quest, if the payment has not been completed, we are unable to compensate the users.
